A School District Election will be held on June 20, 2023.
Electors of the school district will be entitled to vote for three of the candidates listed below for the three 3-year term vacancies existing. Candidates for a 3-year term for school board member are:

Drivers Education has three spots available still. Drivers Ed classroom time is May 30th - June 2nd. Students must have completed the 8th grade. Tuition is $275.00 for in district students and $325.00 for out of district students. Sign up is first come first serve and payments for the class should be paid to the office before class starts. Senior Spotlight Class of 2023
This is the last week to get petitions to become a School Board Member. Petitions are available, and must be filed with the Business Manager by end-of-day May 12th. There are three positions open for candidacy-Nick Fosness (3-year term), Ryan Furman (3-year term), and Josh Hawkinson (3-year term). Petitions can be picked up at the Britton-Hecla Business Office. Office hours are M-F 8-4. If more than 3 petitions are filed, the School Board Election will be June 20th. The 3-year terms will start in July.
