Please be aware that you will need to fill out this Google Form for EACH child that is enrolling this year. Make sure you submit the Google Form after entering each child.
At the end of the Form, you will find a link to HelloSign for you to sign off that you understand and agree to follow the school policies. The HelloSign form will redirect you to their page, will ask for your email address to validate, and then send you a separate link to digitally sign. If you have multiple children enrolling, you will only need to complete the HelloSign only needs to be done one time per family. You will then be emailed a copy of all policies through HelloSign.
