Students at Britton-Hecla were presented information about the Build Dakota Scholarship by Deni Martin, Build Dakota Program Manager. Build Dakota is a scholarship program created for skilled scholars entering high-demand programs at South Dakota technical colleges. It allows students to earn degree for free with the understanding that the recipient will agree to work in South Dakota for three years. Applications are accepted starting January 1, 2026.
