Sora Digital Library

A light blue cartoon character flying with a joyful expression.

Sora is an award-winning digital reading app that empowers K-12 students to discover age-appropriate eBooks, audiobooks and more from their school library.

Sora Library Access

Explore the database of available materials on Sora through Compass Learning Partners. It does not accurately reflect the actual content individual students may see or check-out on the site due to the students varying ages.

At our school, we make the Sora platform available to provide a wide range of eBooks and audiobooks for our students. Sora chooses what books are in their library and what ages can find them, and we want you to know that their criteria for age-appropriateness may differ from individual parental views.

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to actively monitor their children's reading choices and behavior. You are responsible for helping your child learn your family's standards and what you do or do not want them to read.

If you do not want your child to have access to Sora at school, please complete the opt-out form: Opt-Out Form that accompanied the Parent Letter sent home with students.

If you have any concerns or questions about specific books or the Sora platform, please contact the school administration.

If you wish to request a formal review of a specific book, please complete this form: Library Material Review Request Form

Thank you for your partnership as we encourage the love of reading!
