Are you looking to make a significant impact in the classroom? We are on the lookout for a caring and dedicated Paraprofessional to support both our regular and special education classrooms, helping students who need that extra bit of assistance to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers to support lesson planning and classroom activities.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to enhance student learning.
• Help prepare classroom materials and ensure readiness for lessons.
• Work with special needs students to meet their educational and emotional requirements.

Qualifications:
• Prefer experience as a Paraprofessional or similar role in an educational setting but not a requirement for the position
• A compassionate approach and a strong desire to support children’s learning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff.
• Flexibility and patience in working with students of varying abilities.
